Our Delegations

GYC brings together young activists from the “west”with young activists from countries that are recovering from war and genocide during dynamic 3-4 week long human rights programs. During the programs, delegates receive cross-cultural human rights training, meet strategically with key stakeholders, and volunteer for local human rights organizations. The skills and experience gained during the programs empower participants to advance their own human rights campaigns, found or run a human rights organization, or become active contributors to ongoing campaigns related to human rights, transitional justice, or conflict resolution.
